Hi, Schweini:
Unfortunately, I don't understand what you're saying; and an automatic translation resulted in a quite incoherent text. I'm not sure if you need help and/or if you're providing a solution with that link.
Sorry for the bother but, please, ¿could you or someone else translate that text to English (or Spanish Very Happy)?
Cheers,

Gabriel.

Confused Agreed...

I know we're international guests here (on a german forum), and they're really doing us a favor by allowing us to write in english.

Still, I think it would be nice if people that actually do speak english would ask their questions and make their posts in english if possible. Rolling Eyes

That way it would be more benefitial to those of us that can't understand german even if our lifes depended on it... Wink

The point here is that some of the questions being asked (and - sorry to say Martin Embarassed - the answers too...) might very well be doubts that some of us also have.

Anyway, for the time being, I use a toolbar icon on my browser that might be useful for some of you too (it should work on most browsers, you just have to create a bookmark and put this in the address field):
Code:
javascript:var%20t=((window.getSelection&&window.getSelection())||(document.getSelection&&document.getSelection())||(document.selection&&document.selection.createRange&&document.selection.createRange().text));var%20e=(document.charset||document.characterSet);if(t!=''){location.href='http://translate.google.com/translate_t?text='+t+'&hl=en&langpair=auto|en&tbb=1&ie='+e;}else{location.href='http://translate.google.com/translate?u='+escape(location.href)+'&hl=en&langpair=auto|en&tbb=1&ie='+e;};

If you select nothing on the page, it translates the whole page; if you select a text it will translate only the selected text.

Also, if you want to translate to another language that isn't english, just change the 2 portions of the code where &langpair=auto|en appears:
portuguese = &langpair=auto|pt
spanish = &langpair=auto|es
etc.

Thanks, Schweini, it's all clear now.
OK, two things:

1. The "in_wm.dll" you're using isn't the same I include in my pack, although the "Wmaudsdk.dll" IS the same. My "in_wm.dll" doesn't have a version number (yours is v2.00), and also has a different file size. So, you should try the one in my plugins pack and see how it works.

2. However, right now I'm using a different "in_wm.dll" (DOWNLOAD). Its version number is 3.0, and this one doesn't require the "Wmaudsdk.dll" file. I can't remember exactly why I chose it over the previous DLL (the one currently in the plugins pack), but I guess it must work better or avoid problems with certain files.
So, please, do me a favor and test it as much as you can, because, if everything's OK, I'll update my pack and include it as the recommended one. Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

Gabriel.

P.S.: Thanks for the info, audio Wink

Thanx, BIG Thanx!!!

Your Version out of the PlugIn Pack includes an older Version as 2.00. This Codec played WMA-Tracks without any Sound. Crying or Very sad

The new Version 3.00 are playing and scrolling the WMAs correctly. I have changed this in my Folder. Great work. Wink

You can now updating Your PlugIn Pack, too.

Glad to know it solved your problem. I updated the plugin pack, including "in_wm.dll" v3.00 as the recommended, and sent the previous version (which was actually 1.00; I had to check that with an hex editor) to the "OtherPlugins" folder.
Thanks for your testing and confirmation Wink

Added in_wv.dll (support for WavPack lossless format) and reorganized the "Recommended Plugins" and "Other Plugins" folders. I recommend downloading and using the updated pack.
Cheers Smile.

Sorry to warm up this old thread. I really liked the Translator script but modified it so that the translation will open in a new tab/window.

Code:
javascript:(function(){var%20t=((window.getSelection&&window.getSelection())||(document.getSelection&&document.getSelection())||(document.selection&&document.selection.createRange&&document.selection.createRange().text));var%20e=(document.charset||document.characterSet);if(t!=''){window.open('http://translate.google.com/translate_t?text='+t+'&hl=en&langpair=auto|en&tbb=1&ie='+e);}else{window.open('http://translate.google.com/translate?u='+escape(location.href)+'&hl=en&langpair=auto|en&tbb=1&ie='+e);};})();

hope this helps...

Recently I found a newer version of in_mp3pro.dll (v1.3) than the official v1.2 from www.mp3prozone.com with Google that works with 1by1 as well. Here is an excerpt from the Readme:

THOMSON mp3PRO Decoder Plug-in for Winamp - 1.3

1) Introduction
2) Installation / Configuration
3) System Requirements
4) About mp3PRO Digital Audio
5) License / Terms of Use

0) Version history
------------------

Changes since version 1.2:
- switched to Nullsoft Install System v2.08
- added SSE optimizations to lower CPU load on PIII and higher
- general complexity reductions

Changes since version 1.1:

- general speed improvements for PRO decoding

Changes since version 1.0:

-----

The installer from Coding Technologies will only install the DLL if it finds winamp.exe in its original folder.

Hi, hans-jürgen:
First of all, thanks a lot for the contribution.
Yeah, I rember I tried with a couple in_mp3PRO plugins some time ago (and I also just tried this particular version you posted), but I found the same -minor- problem I find with the "regular" in_mp3 plugin: that is, not being able to play some MPEG Audio Version 2 files (both layers 2 or 3).
Those files are somewhat rare anyway, but since I don't have that problem with mpglib, I just decided to stick with it.
On the other hand, regarding the track info, I guess I prefer in_mp3 because it shows both the complete ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags (and supporting non-Unicode characters), plus all the encoding info.
in_mp3PRO shows only ID3v1 and no encoding info.
mpglib shows the encoding info and ID3v1 tags, but a raw version of ID3v2.

In any case, I'll add this plugin you shared to the "Other Plugins" folder in the pack.
Cheers,

Gabriel.

PACK UPDATED: "in_mp3PRO.dll" (version 1.3) added to the "Other Plugins" folder.
Thanks to user hans-jürgen.

OFF-TOPIC:
Since this is mostly a German forum, and I'm Argentinian, I have to say that I can't wait for next saturday:

Again in quarter-finals, like in 2006... I hope history won't repeat itself.
Very Happy Wink

I also prefer ACM decoding to in_mp3pro.dll, because it sounds better to me with MP3pro files comparing them with SBR decoding switched off in the plugin. But for anyone who uses this file format a lot, a newer version with faster decoding can of course be useful, e.g. for a web radio or on an old computer. I only have a few old demo recordings of my band encoded with MP3pro back in the 56k modem days.

Concerning the quarter finale on Saturday, I hope that Argentinia continues to believe that they have the better individual players, as this is what England also thought. Wink
